Michael DiBrizzi, MBA

Mr. DiBrizzi began his employment with Camelot in 1994, and has held various direct care and leadership positions before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Mr. DiBrizzi has served on various community boards and committees including The Florida Coalition for Children and The Foster Family Based Treatment Association. Mr. DiBrizzi is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas and a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. Mr. DiBrizzi received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tampa and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Mr. Ecklof joined Camelot Community Care in January of 2014 and has over 20 years’ experience managing the financial operations of both for-profit and non-profit health care organizations. During his time with Camelot, Mr. Ecklof has led the efforts to reorganize the finance office, implement new non-profit financial software, and has implemented a number of measures to reduce expenses and improve efficiencies to better serve our clients. Mr. Ecklof’s efforts led to him being a finalist for The Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2015 CFO of the Year.

Ronnie joined Camelot in November of 2014 and as Chief Operating Officer, Ronnie works closely with Camelot’s cooperate leadership team and the Regional Executive Directors to help ensure smooth implementation of programs & services provided by Camelot, oversees the quality assurance process, and participates in maintaining on going contracts with funders while securing new grants and funding opportunities for the organization.

Ronnie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 1997, from Florida Atlantic University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University in 1998. In 2001, she became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Board Health & Quality Assurance in the state of Florida.

Ronnie worked for Boys Town, a National Youth Care Organization for over 13 ½ years. Her first position held was at the South Florida site, where she served as Assistant Coordinator in the community based Family Centered Services Program and in 2004, was promoted to the position of Program Coordinator for this same program. In 2007, she was promoted to the position of Program Operations Manager in which she served for over four years. In 2011, Ronnie took on the role of Program Fidelity Manager for the National Boys Town Office in Omaha, Nebraska where she honed her skills as an Internal Consultant while working closely with three affiliate sites and the Site Directors to help assist them with achieving their strategic goals.

In September 2012, Ronnie took on the role as Executive Director of Boys Town Washington DC. In this new role, Ronnie worked on continuing to expand the Boys Town Mission by collaborating with the District of Columbia government officials & other community stakeholders, developing the Board of Directors, enhancing fundraising efforts with the goals to serve more children and families in DC and the surrounding metropolitan areas.

Ronnie has well over 20 years of experience working in the field of social services. Prior to working for Camelot and Boys Town, she worked with populations that include children and families in the child welfare system, adults and children with a chronic mental illness, and adults with a dual diagnosis.

Molly Asbury, L.C.S.W.

Molly Joined Camelot in 2012 rising to the role of Clinical Director for the Tallahassee programs and became Director of Quality Assurance in 2015. Molly is a graduate of Florida State University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to her time with Camelot, Molly held several positions as a clinician working with children and families in the foster care system and juvenile justice system. As Director of Quality Assurance, Molly ensures that Camelot is providing best practice services and maintains compliance with accepted operating principles, policies, and procedures.

Sandra Bowman, MS

Ms. Bowman began her employment with Camelot and our previous companies over 25 years ago and is Camelot’s most tenured employee. Ms. Bowman is a Florida licensed Health Care Risk Manager, and manages all of Camelot’s Safety Coordination and Risk Management activities. Ms. Bowman earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida and her Masters Degree in Human Services from Nova Southeastern University.

Ms. Turner joined Camelot Community Care in August on 2012. As the organizations first Development Director, Ms. Turner is responsible for creating and coordinating development activities and community outreach efforts that promote Camelot’s visibility, impact and financial resources across Camelot’s service area. Ms. Turner brings many years of non-profit development experience and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Illinois Wesleyan University.
