Ignite is a multi-month leadership experience focused on self-awareness, skill development, and real-world application through learning, coaching, and organizational projects.
What Is Ignite?
The Ignite Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership opportunities at Camelot Community Care by strengthening:
Leadership confidence and presence;
Communication and collaboration skills;
Decision-making and accountability;
Understanding of Camelot’s mission, strategy, and operations.
Participants will engage in structured learning sessions, leadership assessments, mentorship, and applied projects that directly support organizational priorities.
Who Should Apply?
Ignite is designed for current Camelot Community Care leaders who:
Are in a supervisory or leadership role within the organization;
Demonstrate strong performance in their current position;
Are eager to grow both professionally and personally;
Are interested in expanding their leadership impact;
Are committed to Camelot’s mission and values;
Are willing to invest time and energy in their development.
Participants should be prepared to fully engage in all program components, including assessments, group learning sessions, and applied project work.
