How to Add a Background in Microsoft Teams
Before Joining a Meeting
Open Microsoft Teams and join a meeting.
Before clicking “Join now,” select Background filters.
Click Add new.
Select the background image you downloaded.
Click Apply and then Join now.
During a Meeting
Click the three dots (More actions) in the meeting toolbar.
Select Apply background effects.
Click Add new.
Choose the downloaded image.
Click Apply.

How to Add a Background in Zoom
Open Zoom and click Settings (gear icon).
Select Background & Effects.
Click the + icon to add a new image.
Choose the background you downloaded.
Close Settings — your background will apply automatically.
